Birth Support
Birth Doula Support
You deserve to feel held, informed, and empowered on the day your baby arrives. As your birth doula, I provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support from early labor through the first hours after birth. I work alongside your medical team — never replacing them — so you can focus entirely on bringing your baby earthside.
·$600 retainer due at booking
·Remaining balance due by your prenatal visit (30–35 weeks)
I take on one client per month to ensure every family receives my full, undivided presence.
What's included
- ✓Complimentary meet and greet
- ✓1 in-depth prenatal visit around 30–33 weeks — a personalized deep dive into your labor and birth overview, birth prep and planning, pain management options, newborn care basics, and evidence-based information
- ✓Birth plan creation and guidance on communicating your wishes clearly to your care team
- ✓Ongoing phone and email support from the moment you hire me
- ✓Continuous labor and birth support — I am by your side from active labor until approximately 2 hours after your baby arrives
- ✓Comfort measures throughout labor: positioning, breathing techniques, massage, and steady emotional encouragement
- ✓Use of a TENS unit for natural pain relief during labor
- ✓Advocacy — ensuring your voice is heard and your wishes are respected
- ✓1 postpartum visit 1–3 weeks after birth — birth recap, emotional support, breastfeeding guidance
- ✓Birth photography: this is not an added cost, and also not my priority in labor
